Joe Daniels and his friend Scott Lucas both formed Local H in 1991 in high school in Zion, Illinois. His band released the debut recording Ham Fisted in 1995 with guitarist-vocalist Scott Lucas. Daniels played his last show with Scott Lucas in 1999 and the duo subsequently split shortly afterwards with Lucas retaining the name Local H.

STENDEC (1999-2001)
Daniels left Local H in 1999 and ended up in Los Angeles CA to star in a band called Stendec, which consisted of Joe Daniels (Local H), J. Yuenger (White Zombie) , Chris Dye (Gordon) and Rob Reddick (16 Horse power, Candlebox). Stendec opened for bands such as Queens Of The Stone Age. Stendec dissolved in 2001.

THE BLACK PANELS (2001-200X)
From the ashes of Stendec, Daniels and Dye formed The Black Panels, also based out of Los Angeles. The Black Panels spent 3 years and more working on a certain structure that would give them much earned credit as song writers which landed them a production deal with Universal Records. Within a few months, the deal slipped between the cracks. At this point, Joe returned to Chicago to take drumming duties in yet another band...

BRUISER (2005-2007)
Joe Daniels has recently been involved with Bruiser. The band recorded a full length album in the summer of 2006 with producer Steven Haigler at Uptown Recording, Chi-Town.
