Chris Ingram, or Ingers as he is known to his friends, is a world renowned physicist. He attended Harrow School in England before studying Natural Sciences at university. He acheived a 2:1. After a brief stint working at accountant's firm Deloite and Touche, he took up a post at The Perse School in Cambridge teaching physics.
His interest include bridge, rowing, and tetris. He achieved fame in his childhood when he reached the top sixteen of the Physics Olympiad. In later life he went on to invent such household objects as the lightbulb, and the kettle. He is credited by most as having discovered the existance of several elements, including Phosphorus, Bromine, and the elusive Ingramian. Perhaps his greatest achievement was his theory about Red Shift and the expansion of the Universe.
In 2002 he was knighted as Sir Christopher C Ingram as a result of his many years of service to the Physics community. In July 2003 a statue was erected in Leicester Square, London, of Sir Ingram.
