Joan Graves

Joan Graves is the head of the Classification and Rating Administration for the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), and was appointed to that position by Jack Valenti. She was featured in the documentary This Film Is Not Yet Rated, although she would not allow her image to be used.

She personally hires all the members of the Classification and Rating Administration and is the only one whose identity is disclosed to the public.

She is a registered member of the Republican Party.
