Jo Novita (born 12 November 1980) is a female badminton player from Indonesia.

Novita competed in badminton at the 2004 Summer Olympics in women's doubles with partner Lita Nurlita. They had a bye in the first round and were defeated by Zhang Jiewen and Yang Wei of China in the round of 16. She was a partner with Greysia Polii in Uber Cup 2008 and won from Japan in the qualification, the score is: 14-21 and 18-21.
