I live on Berneray, an island in the Outer Hebrides (Western Isles) off the west coast of Scotland.

I am a consultant, specialising in: - the effectiveness of video games in curriculum-based education - the use of IT in remote and island communities - the evolution of digital and online information services

I (with the considerable help of a lot of the population of Berneray) set up, and maintain, the community website.
