Jireh Ibañes (born April 20, 1982 in Roxas, Palawan, Philippines) is a professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association who currently plays for the Welcoat Dragons. He was drafted 11th overall by Welcoat in 2006.

Ibañes played for Welcoat in 31 games and 16 starts in the 2006-07 PBA season and averaged 6.9 points per game and 2.9 rebounds per game. He is an excellent defender and is usually tasked with guarding the opponent's best player.
