This article has been questioned on the grounds of notability of the subject. I am not aware of any notability guidelines in relation to government officials, but would suggest that being one of the 6 most senior government officials in Scotland makes Jim Gallagher notable--George Burgess 22:09, 10 February 2006 (UTC)
