Jim Harris (writer)

Jim Harris (born December 14, 1957) is an American novelist. Born in Eldorado, Illinois, he earned a B.A. (1987) from Eastern Illinois University, an M.F.A. (1990) from Southern Illinois University. He has two novels published. Nowhere Near the Sea of Cortez (2001) and A Bottle of Rain (2007). He is currently at work on a new novel called As God Looked On.
