Jim Baca

Jim Baca (born 1945) is the current Natural Resource Trustee for the state of New Mexico.
He has served twice as New Mexico State Land Commissioner (1983-1986, 1991-1993), and Director at the Bureau of Land Management in the Department of Interior (1993-1994). He also served 1 term as the mayor of Albuquerque (1997-2001), losing his re-election bid to current mayor Martin Chavez.
