Jill Vitale, aka Flirty Flipper, is a radio producer for WABC in New York City. She produces the John R. Gambling Radio Show.

In the past, she produced the Sean Hannity Radio Show. This seems to be where she obtained her nickname "Flirty Flipper." She apparently has a dolphin tattoo, a reference to the 1960s TV show Flipper.
