Jihad Helwi (born September 1, 1985) is a Lebanese international association football player. He currently plays for Lebanese club Nejmeh who compete in the Lebanese Premier League. He is a midfielder. He wears the number 18 shirt for Nejmeh. For Lebanon, he wore the number 7 shirt recently in the game against the Singapore national football team on March 26, 2008.
