Jhenaidah Ex-Cadets Association

JEXCA (Jhenaidah Ex-Cadets Association) is a social organization of the Ex-Cadets of [Jhenaidah Cadet College].

All cadets (students) passed from Jhenaidah Cadet College are by by deafault a member of this organization. The organization is run by a governing body elected each year by a general assembly usually held at any place in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

JEXCA mainly organize get-together to cherish the memory of golden days in the cadet college from class VII to call XII. It also organize a reunion at Jhenaidah Cadet College every five years.

It has also a voluntary organization to help the poor people in the country. It have Free Friday Clinic (FFC) which gives free medication to the poor people in Dhaka and Khulna. JEXCA gives treatment and medicine free of cost to the slum and poor people. Many of the JEXCA member donate monthly to run the FFC. Fund is also raised from the money and donation of Jakat. The prime objective of FFC program is, Cadet Colleges are highly prestigious and expensive education isntitute in Bangladesh, where the top students get admitted from the country. But the student have to pay a little for their education and living cost there and the rest of the money comes from taxes of the people of Bangladesh mostly the poors. So after passing from this institution they feel a moral obligation to serve the people of Bangladesh.
