I have broad-ranging interests in science and technology. My PhD research focused on the evolution of the genus [[Platanthera]], using molecular techniques to create a phylogeny for the genus. As such, I have specific interests in [[Platanthera]], the Orchidaceae, and molecular phylogenetics. My profession is in computing technology, which feeds my interests in that field. My contributions to Wikipedia are concentrated on filling in gaps in these areas and correcting errors.
