I think he/she means you for 2+ peoples pages, probably about you threatening blocks when you dont have that power.....just a thought Sayswho (talk) 20:40, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

maybe, maybe not. this is why i asked. i'm also looking for where it says those templates are admin only. i do not see it on the spam page. i did not say that i was going to block anyone or said that i had the power to block anyone. am not an admin and do not have that power, but that doesn't mean i can not seek help from an admin. i used the template to warn people and i would have seeked an admin if the warning was ignored. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mayormcgeez (talk • contribs) 03:04, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
