Some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Andrei Romanov II may not be sufficiently well-known to merit articles of their own. I'm not sure exactly what is going on here, but you involved yourself in the orginal AfD discussion - and then you created a very different article with the same title (with the only similarity being the Russian nationality). If you are writing about the same real person, then please don't recreate this article without being able to provide further sensible information to establish notability.
