I read your article and I think much of the rewrite is fine, but I do think that Sarah Obama plays a special role in Obama's life that the other Kenyan relatives do not play. There's a reason the media always goes to her for first comment. How about this compromise? We rename the "Sarah Obama" page to be "Sarah Obama and Barack Obama's relatives in Kenya." I think people are more likely to search for "Sarah Obama" than "Kenyan relatives of Barack Obama."GreekParadise (talk) 21:22, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
- Well, we'd redirect "Sarah Obama" to the article, whatever the title was, so searches would end up there regardless. I think "Sarah Obama and Barack Obama's relatives in Kenya" is a pretty unwieldly title, and "Kenyan relatives of Barack Obama" more succinctly captures the essence of the subject's notability -- that a major contender for the presidency has relatives living in Africa. I'm not really convinced of a "special role" or notability for Sarah personally, other than being a great poster-grandmother for his campaign. Jfire (talk) 21:33, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
