Jewell (also Jewells, Jewells Mills, Rock Factory, and Shivers) is an unincorporated community in Warren County, Georgia, United States. It lies along State Route 16 to the southwest of the city of Warrenton, the county seat of Warren County.[1] Its elevation is 420 feet (128 m), and it is located at 33°17′47″N, 82°46′38″W (33.2962550, -82.7773596).[2] Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 31045.[3]
