Jevgeni Novikov (born June 20, 1980 in Narva) is an Estonian footballer, who currently plays for FK Riga. He broke into the Estonia national football team durng his first stint with Flora Tallinn, whom he joined from Narva Trans. To date, he has played in 13 international matches, scoring two goals against Cyprus and Faroe Islands. Novikov has had spells in Ukraine and Russia, playing for Tom Tomsk, in the Russian Premier League. He rejoined FC Flora Tallinn in 2006, but moved to the Russian First Division, after just one season with the club. He plays the position of central midfielder.
