Jesuit Conference

The Jesuit Conference is the name of the governing body of the Society of Jesus in the United States. The Conference is comprised of the provincial superiors of the ten Jesuit provinces in the US (California, Chicago, Detroit, Maryland, Missouri, New England, New Orleans, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin), known collectively as the US Assistancy. The conference is lead by a president, who also serves as chair of the Conference board. It has its administrative offices in Washington, D.C.
