Jess Stayrook is an American professional bowler. He is mainly known for being the third and last bowler to convert the 7-10 split on television, and PBA announcer Dave Ryan never fails to mention this tidbit whenever he calls the action and a player leaves the 7-10 split. Stayrook's conversion took place during a tournament televised on ESPN in Tucson, Arizona in 1991. The only other two bowlers to convert it on TV are John Mazza (1991) and Mark Roth (1980).
