Jerusalem bus 26 bombing

The Jerusalem bus 26 bombing was a Hamas suicide attack that occurred on August 21, 1995. Using a bomb designed by Yahya Ayyash, a Palestinian woman detonated herself at 7:45 AM as the bus passed the neighborhood of Ramat Eshkol. [1] Five people were killed and more than one hundred were wounded.
