Jerry O'Neil (born March 28, 1956 in Auburn, New York) competed in 8 NASCAR Winston Cup events during the 1990 season, campaigning an unsponsored #53 Oldsmobile owned by Alan Aroneck.
His last start in Winston Cup was in 1993, at the inaugural New Hampshire event. O'Neil was also a frequent competitor in the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA).
