Jerome William Thomas (born March 23, 1983 in Wembley, London) is a professional footballer with Charlton Athletic. After playing in the Hatch End High School football team for four years he gained a professional contract with Luton Town, before quickly being snapped up by Arsenal. Whilst at the Gunners he won FA Youth Cup winners' medals in 2000 and 2001. A highly rated youngster, he was unable to break into Arsenal's first team, and after a few appearances in the Football League Cup and a couple of loan spells at Queens Park Rangers, he joined Charlton in January 2004. He signed for a fee of £100,000 and quickly developed into a key part of Charlton's first team. In October 2006, Thomas signed a new contract keeping him at the club until the summer of 2008.

Thomas wears the number 14 shirt and usually plays as left winger, although he can also operate on the right and through the middle of midfield and attack. He also represented England at the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship.

In popular culture Thomas is mentioned in the song London Town by Kano, from the album of the same name released in September 2007.
