Jeremy Stewart Smith (born October 23, 1988, Launceston, Tasmania) is an is an Australian cricket player, who received a rookie contract in 2007/08 to play for the Tasmanian Tigers. He plays club cricket for Launceston Cricket Club.

He was a student of St Patricks College in Launceston and was Cricket Captain there. He also won the award for Most Valuable Player there. He is a fast bowler reaching speeds in excess of 140kmh and is also handy with the bat, capable of making big hundreds. Has a bright future for Tasmania and maybe also Australia.
