Jeremy (film)

Jeremy is a film from 1973 starring Robby Benson and Glynnis O'Connor. In 1974, it was nominated for a Golden Globe Award.
In Dr. Brian G. Gilmartin's quantitave study on love-shyness, Shyness & Love: Causes, Consequences, and Treatments (1987), it was found that Jeremy was the film most viewed by the love-shy men, including one man who had seen the film 86 times, as well as another man who, after viewing the film 42 times, was able to obtain a 16mm print of it through the underground, which he paid $1000 cash for despite making only $9000 a year.
