[Jennipher Adkins] is a German born, African American inventor. Her father, Jessie Adkins, a retired luietnent in the US Army, was born in Louisiana, and her mother, Patricia Adkins, a retired special-needs counselor, was born in Panama.

Ms. Adkins is a multi-discipline inventor, and currently most known as the creator of the head garment and scraf line "Jenny - Capp." Jenny - Capp products are sold in the United States and Canada at mass retailers and online at www.jennycapp.com.

The original item in the head garment line is a patented satin lined bonnet call a "Jenny Capp." Other products in the product line are patent pending and comprise of unique names such as "Duli", "Scarfi", "Slinky", "Bunny", "Rib-Band", "Minny-Jenny", and others.
