Dates of Jen Shahade's winning the US Women's Championship: originally the article stated that she won the championship in 2004. She did in fact win the title in January of 2002 in Seattle, WA. I did not believe there was such an event held in 2004, but the uschesschampionship.com web site lists her as women's champion in 2001/02 and in 2004. The most recent issue (April 2005) of Chess Life (official publication of US Chess Federation) does not have a listing for the 2004 event. Will attempt to track down the correct info.
