The link to Jennie Reed's personal blog should remain. In the Wikipedia policy page referenced by Severo, we read, in the section Links normally to be avoided

"Links to blogs and personal web pages, except those written by a recognized authority."

I regard Jennie Reed, whose blog this is, as a recognized authority on the subject of the article. The blog in question is, in effect, Jennie Reed's personal web site and such sites are permitted in external links when they are, in fact, the official web site of the subject of the article.
