This article has clear issues with WP:POV. Additionally, the bio for Joseph Darby currently lists Corriganville, Maryland as his hometown. Either information presented within those two articles and/or this article and/or Somerset County, Pennsylvania is false, inaccurate, or incomplete. Might someone be able to track down some verifiable information? Thanks! --Thisisbossi 10:41, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

Actually both hometowns are correct, Thisisbossi. The confusion is variance in what it means to be a 'hometown.' Joseph Darby now lives in Maryland and so it is his present location, his current hometown. His native town is Jenners, where he grew up. You will also find a reference to Joe at the entry for North Star School District, from which he graduated, in addition to the two you flagged at Jenners, Pennsylvania and Somerset County, Pennsylvania. I understand the POV of the writer, in that Joe's family did bear some animosity. It is important to note also that there are many locals who are exceptionally proud of Joe and his actions. -- Hattanguy 19:37, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
