Jennifer Don (born October 6, 1984 in Houston, Texas) is a Taiwanese American figure skater who has skated as both a pair skater and single skater. Until the 2005 - 2006 season, she skated for the United States, and she now skates for Chinese Taipei.

As a pair skater, Don won the bronze with Jonathon Hunt at the 2003 World Junior Figure Skating Championships, She and Hunt announced the end of their pairs partnership in March of 2005. As a single skater, she won the U.S. national bronze medal in novice ladies in 2001 and the national silver in junior ladies in 2002. She won Taiwan Nationals in November 2005.
Don was previously coached by Jeff DiGregorio. Her choreographers included herself, Mary Scotvold, Paul Wylie and Oleg Ovsianikov. Don is now coached by Tiffany Chin.
Jennifer Don is a member of the Texas Gulf Coast Figure Skating Club in Sugarland, Texas.
