Jennie M. Forehand is an American politician from Maryland and a member of the Democratic Party. She is currently serving in her 4th term in the Maryland State Senate, representing Maryland's District 17 in Montgomery County.

Born in Nashville, Tennessee, Forehand attended the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She is a small businesswoman, running Forehand Antiques and Interiors since 1970, and has been involved in a number of community and civic associations.

Forehand served four terms in the Maryland House of Delegates before being elected to the State Senate in 1994. She sits on the Judicial Proceedings and Executive Nominations Committees.
