Jeff Mitchum is a Photographer and Designer whose work includes landscape photography, unique furniture and historic architectural photography. The Wild Side Newsreports that Jeff was formerly a National Geographic photographer but now works independantly. Jeff Mitchum's work is displayed on his three websites: mitchumdesign.com, timelessfoundation.com and seasonsoflightgallery.com. Mitchum also has two Northern California based art gallaries according to the San Diego Union. His websites states that his work is displayed in galleries located in Los Gatos, San Francisco's New Ghiradelli Square, Maui and Las Vegas.
According to the San Diego Union in November of 2007 Jeff made national news when he purchased a Bible that survived the San Diego fires in order to help the displaced family of a fellow photographer. Mitchem was a Ironman triathlete according to the book by Don Otis, Staying Fit after Forty.
Jeff Mitchem also created The Timeless Foundation to "encourage more attention to the environmental and humanitarian needs of a country struggling to survive in a desert" according to timelessfoundation.com. The website also shares that "Funds from his 'Israel Unveiled' exhibit and upcoming book, 'The Unveiling' will go directly to The Timeless Foundation." Mitchum was a pastor according to the book Staying Fit after Forty. Jeff descibes himself as a Christian in the San Diego Union article.
