Jeffrey Gaines

Jeffrey Gaines is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, he released his first album in 1992 (see 1992 in music). His 2001 cover of Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes" hit #22 on the U.S. Adult Top 40 chart in 2001.[1]
