Jeffrey French is a fictional character in the Sweet Valley High and Sweet Valley Senior Year book series.

Jeffrey transferred to Sweet Valley from Oregon, where he had met Aaron Dallas at a soccer camp. As well as soccer, Jeffrey enjoyed photography and was a photographer for school newspaper The Oracle. Jeffrey had a husky voice.
Enid Rollins and Lila Fowler both fell for Jeffrey when he arrived in Sweet Valley which resulted in a 'date off' between Elizabeth and Jessica, who both wanted to see their best friend with Jeffrey. However, Jeffrey was interested in neither; it was Elizabeth he wanted, and she soon realised that she liked him as well.
Their relationship ended when Todd came back to town; however, Jeffrey and Elizabeth remained friends. At times, when Todd could well be unbearable, Jeffrey was the person Elizabeth would turn to for advice. Jeffrey still cared for Elizabeth like a brother would a sister; and would get angry with Todd when he attempted to hurt her.
