Jeff Isom is a manager in the Milwaukee Brewers minor league system. His current team is the West Virginia Power. Isom has managed in many different leagues including the Frontier League with the Washington Wildthings. He took them to the league championship but lost. He has also managed the Joliet Jackhammers and Traverse City Beach Bums.
