Jeff Herrod (born July 29, 1966 in Birmingham, Alabama) is a former American football linebacker that played in the NFL from 1988-1998. He played for the Indianapolis Colts from 1988-1996 and then again in 1998. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for one season in 1997. At the end of the 1998 season he announced his retirement at the age of 32.
