Jeff Habay (born May 9, 1966) is a former Pennsylvania state representative convicted of campaign violations. Habay, a Republican, was convicted of improperly having legislative staff do campaign work on state time. Former employees testified that Habay forced them to make campaign calls and check polls, as well as do a court records check on a reporter.
Habay faces another trial for an alleged self-perpetrated anthrax scare.
