Jeff Gurtman

Jeff Gurtman is a television personality; most recently he has hosted the series "Travel Spies" on the Travel Channel.
In addition to his his television career, Jeff is a hotel and restaurant customer service expert. He is in charge of teaching his clients'staff about the little things that add up to luxury, from delivering luggage on time to offering wine to a guest in the proper way. But Jeff's lifestyle is not only for the rich and famous. His belief is that five-star service doesn't need to cost a lot; hospitality can be found in the most uncommon of places, from campgrounds and youth hostels to airlines and fast-food restaurants.
Jeff Gurtman has worked exclusively in the hospitality business since graduating from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. He currently works as a senior consultant for LRA Worldwide, Inc. a consulting company that works in the area of Customer Experience Management and has a large base of hospitality clients.
