My name is "" and I am currently a technical support agent in Sutherland Global Services. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and express my sincere desire to be considered for a Subject Matter Expert position for the McAfee – Comcast account.
I began my career with Owtel Phil. Inc as a Telesales Agent Trainee on January 15, 2007. Since then, I have endeavored to excel as much as possible within our organization. While being successful in the computer technicality training, I yearned to gain knowledge in as many areas as possible.
As a Technical Support I continue to maintain my good status and believe a career as a journey in which we never stop learning. Furthermore, I feel that one’s character and involvement within the community is of equal importance. While at Sutherland Global Services, I have been active in the community. I participated in the Sutherland acoustic band for the 1500 stars @ Makati and I strive to stay involved. In addition to experience and education, I soundly believe that good work ethics, integrity, and an ambition to succeed will help make me a prime candidate for management.
