Jebsen & Co. Ltd. (Chinese: 捷成洋行有限公司) is a European marketing and distribution company with headquarters in Hong Kong and offices throughout China.

The Jebsen company was founded in 1895 by two young Europeans, Heinrich Jessen and Jacob Jebsen. Jebsen & Co. originally operated as a shipping agency, but soon branched out into the import and export trade, as the China coast became the new frontier for international trade.

Jebsen mainly operates in four different groups, which include the Consumer Products Group, the Beverage Group, the Industrial Group and the Motor Group. These groups offer several different divisions, the most notable being the Porsche Division and Blue Girl Beer.
