[edit] KAGAME DID NOT SHOOT DOWN THE PLANE!!

Jean, or whatever his name is, is unprofessional. He can go to HELL! He's just part of the french ignorance that continues to avoid its own shame for its role in supporting the genocide in Rwanda in 1994. Jean needs to leave Kagame alone! He's a damn liar, and he only says what he says only because he knows that the IGNORANT French supported the IGNORANT genocidal hutu extremist government! How could Kagame have planned the downing of the plane, when there is no evidence? Why would Kagame want to start a genocide only to later stop it? Paul Kagame was still in Uganda when Habyarimana's evil ass died. The French keep making this stupid argument that the RPF had the capacity to have anti-aircraft artillery to shoot down the Habyarimana plane, yet, France had the capacity for such weapons too! Obviously, The IGNORANT Hutu extremists did it, becuase they were starting propaganda against the tutsis for a long time, while the French were arming them to prepare for the genocide. By shooting down the plane, the hutu extremists knew that they would fuel a genocide against the tutsis because they already said so much shit on their little monkey radio. So in this case, the French gave the hutus the anti-aircraft artillery to shoot down the plane. On the other hand, all these so called "former" RPF members in France who say that Kagame planned the downing of Habyarimana's plane are all liars. Shit, they're being paid by France to talk shit. Overall, I say SHAME on Jean and SHAME on the French for being such RUBBISH and IGNORANT LIARS! And as far as I am concerned, the hell with Habyarimana or whatever his name is! He planned the genocide of the tutsis and his dumb ass could of signed the peace accord with the Rwandan patriotic front a long time ago in Arusha before he "tried" to do so in the plane ride that he unfortunately crashed in in 1994. Habyarimana was the one who kept fuelling the ignorant hutu extremists with his bullshit speeches and bullshit behavior. So, Jean-Louis Bruguière and France can go to hell. It does not make a damn difference about what started the genocide, becuase many tutsis and moderate hutus were killed by the hutu extremists for no reason anyway. As far as I am concerned, the retarded hutu extremists were just looking for a reason to attack the tutsis, and they were doing this through the propaganda that Habyarimana's bastard ass helped to create! So this french judge Jean Brugeire needs to shut the fuck up and instead of accusing Paul Kagame with bullshit, he needs to accuse France of their role and his own role in supporting the Rwandan Genocide! The end, take that to the bank. Anybody who does not agree with me should let me know. Because I don't give a shit. I'm tired of all this bullshit. In World war 2, France was suffering from the Nazis untill the Americans came to their aid. Now look at France. Ever since World War 2, they have been fuelling genocides in Indochina, Algeria, and now Rwanda. But otherwise, I also say shame on the U.N. and the U.S. too, becuase in Bosnia, there was so much concern for their genocide. The U.N. not only sent a lot of troops, but they even got a lot of support from the United States. Eventually, the Bosnian Genocide was over. However, with Rwanda, there was no U.N. support, and the belgians, who were responsible for causing the Tutsi/Hutu conflict, left too. I know that the U.S. didn't want to risk lives like they did in Somalia in 1993, but for the French and the U.N, there is no excuse. The French stayed in Rwanda during the genocide for a purpose, and that purpose was to support the Rwandan genocide and block the RPF troops from stopping it. So that's why Jean-Louis Bruguière can go to hell, because he represents a country that does not deserve any role in Rwandan politics, and that country is France! But like I said, I'm ready for a debate and I don't give a shit. This is an abomination, and France needs to pay the price!

[edit] Paul Kagame

Obviously, the subject most associated with Bruguière these days is Paul Kagame. While I think this page should mentioned Bruguière's ridiculous indictment of Kagame, it should also be reported that Bruguière has the weakest of all evidence that would never be allowed in a reasonable court: two hear-say witnesses. This has made Bruguière something of laughing-stock among human-rights watchers. Bruguière himself indicted Kagame immediately following the downing of Habyaramani's plane, completely discrediting himself as a judge, before going on a hunt for witnesses. [edit] Thomas Thurman and UTA

There is no evidence that Thurman produced the proof that convicted the 6 Libyans convicted of the UTA bombing. The evidence can be found in the civil case of Pugh v. Libya in which the relatives of 7 US citizens brought a case against that country. There is no reference to Thurman whatsoever. The details can be found at www.crowell.com Incidentally US security elements used the UTA case as a basis to convict Mr. Abdelbaset Al Megrahi of the Lockerbie bombing.
