Jean C. E. Taris (July 6, 1909 – January 10, 1977) was a French swimmer who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics, 1932 Summer Olympics and 1936 Summer Olympics.
In the 1928 Olympics he was third in his first round heat of 4x200 m freestyle relay event and fifth in his first round heat of 1500 m freestyle event and did not advance in both occasions.
Four years later he won a silver medal in the 400 m freestyle event. He was also sixth in 1500 m freestyle event.
In the 1936 Olympics he was fourth in 4x200 m freestyle relay event and sixth in 400 m freestyle event.
