Jean Ginn Marvin is a prominent Republican politician in the state of Maine. She represented Cape Elizabeth in the Maine Legislature from 1994 to 2000 as a member of the 117th, 118th, and 119th Legislatures.[1] During her tenure in the Legislature, Marvin served as Ranking Minority Member of the Business and Economic Development Committee[2], as well as a member of the Appropriations and Financial Affairs Committee.[3]
Marvin is currently the Chair of the Maine Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices.[4] She also serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Maine Educational Services[5] and Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Maine Heritage Policy Center, a conservative think tank located in Portland, Maine.[6]
