Jean Gagné is a retired Canadian professional wrestler and manager, best known under the ring name Frenchy Martin. He was infamous during his short WWF heyday as the manager of Canadian wrestler Dino Bravo for his trademark sign that read "USA is not OK". He would regularly carry the sign while accompanying Bravo to the ring.
Frenchy Martin began managing Bravo after his split with the tag partners Brutus Beefcake and Greg Valentine. Bravo eventually fired Martin in favor of Jimmy Hart.
Later, Frenchy Martin appeared as an occasional "jobber" on weekly WWF TV broadcasts, however by the early 1990s, he had left the WWF.
