Jean-Michel Lesage (born May 1, 1977 in Bourg-la-Reine) is a French soccer player, currently playing for Le Havre in Ligue 2, the second highest league in France.
Lesage played the start of his career as a left winger, but is now an attacker. As an attacker, he was the joint-highest scorer (16 goals) in Ligue 2 in the 2006/07 season, along with Steve Savidan from Valenciennes FC. He will play for Auxerre in the 2007/2008 season.
