Jean-Claude Siapa Ivouloungou

Jean-Claude Siapa Ivouloungou is a Republic of the Congo politician. A member of the Pan-African Union for Social Democracy (UPADS), he is in the National Assembly of the Republic of the Congo and the Pan-African Parliament.
