Jeļena Prokopčuka

Jeļena Prokopčuka (Čelnova) (born 21 September 1976 in Riga) is a Latvian long-distance runner, perhaps best known for winning the New York City Marathon in 2005 and 2006. She is married to Aleksandrs Prokopčuks, who has the Latvian marathon record with 2:15:56 from 1995.
