Hi, I declined the unprotection request because you had not asked the protecting admin before listing at WP:RFPP. The reason, the instructions there ask you to consult the protecting admin first, is because no admin would be willing to unprotect without doing so. Whilst I realise that it was you who had initially requested protection of the page, there may have been additional issues with which the protecting admin would be familiar.
