Camilli's Pizza is a "mom and pop" restaurant based in Lake Park, Florida serving thin-crust Chicago-style pizza. It was founded in 1968 by Ken Camilli who was a pizza restaurant manager in Duluth, Minnesota.

Ken Camilli managed a Sammy's Pizza in West Duluth from 1956 to 1967. He and his family moved from Minnesota to South Florida in 1967 and opened Camilli's Pizza which is a spin-off of the Sammy's Pizza restaurant in Duluth. His son, John Camilli, bought the restaurant from him in 1991.

The Palm Beach Post has written several articles about Camilli's Pizza and they are available to the public in the newspaper's online archives. Camilli's Pizza was voted #1 best pizza by the Palm Beach Post.
