Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
- The photo is only being used for informational purposes.
- Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article without being as inflammatory as other images of the subject. It does not show the subject in relation to his Ku Klux Klan participation nor does it include the thunderbolt logo of the National States' Rights Party.
